Job Title: Production Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to food and beverage production, including operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality control standards are met. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in food manufacturing and/or the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and packaging machinery.
• Monitor production processes to ensure that products are being produced according to specifications.
• Perform quality control checks, including measuring and weighing ingredients, monitoring product consistency, and conducting taste tests.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to food safety regulations, including wearing appropriate protective gear and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues and make necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of production processes, including batch records, ingredient usage, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure that production goals are met and products are produced on time and according to quality standards.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate and maintain food manufacturing and restaurant equipment.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Previous experience working in food manufacturing or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP.
